Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic, and parsley. Mix gently.
Form mixture into 20 evenly-sized meatballs using your hands or a scoop.
Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large pan. Sauté zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes.
Add marinara sauce to pan with zucchini. Add cooked meatballs and simmer 5 minutes.
Don't overmix the meat mixture to keep meatballs tender
